Wendy entered the real estate industry in 1989 and is able to represent sellers of all types of properties.. As the wife of Mario Fazio, one of Sarnia/Lambton’s top realtors, and a member of The Fazio Team, Wendy has been around the business for over 25 years and has an intimate understanding of what is required in the buying and selling of a home.
